Refund Policy

All products sold by Sunshine Memories Learning are digital downloads (lesson plans, curricula, and printable learning resources) delivered electronically. Because these files are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and the digital files have been made available for download.

Please Review Before Purchasing Product descriptions, previews, and images are provided for every listing so you can confirm a resource is right for you before buying. We encourage you to review these carefully, as we are unable to reverse a purchase once it is complete.

Technical Issues If you experience a genuine technical problem — a corrupted file, a broken download link, or a file that doesn't match its description — contact us within 7 days of purchase. We'll resolve it, which may include re-sending the correct file or restoring your download access. This doesn't apply to issues caused by your own device, software, or printer settings.

Accidental or Duplicate Orders If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order in error, contact us right away so we can investigate and correct any billing mistake.

No Sharing or Redistribution Refund requests will not be honored for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or after a file has been downloaded, printed, shared, or used. All digital products remain subject to our Terms of Service, including restrictions on resale and redistribution.
